Laminating
Lamination (gluing two pieces of paper together) is used for some petals and center details
Cupping Petals
Cupping the paper is one way of adding shape and dimension to petals, leaves and sepals
Curling Paper
Curling the ends of petals gives more shape and realism to the flower
Wrapping Wire
Wrapping wire with paper is useful for covering a bare wire, finishing stems and adding thickness to an otherwise thin wire stem

Crepe paper comes in many weights and colors and from different countries of origin. The producers of this wonderful style of paper are limited to a few manufacturers based in Germany, China, Mexico and Italy and each has its own qualities and characteristics. Petals and Pearls offers German crepe made by Werola. Papers offered come in Extra Fine, 160 gram, as well as a double-sided "doublette" paper.
