Return Policy

Sola and paper flowers are fragile and products are made to order. No returns will be accepted due to the custom nature of the products. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Client must submit photos with rationale for refund. Every effort will be made to correct the order if it is within reason.

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, unless production has already commenced. Transaction fees related to credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods are non refundable.
